Afina hit the show ring with a bang, being named:
Unanimous winner of 2 year old and under fillies
Unanimous winner of amateur mares all ages

Unanimous Grand Champion Mares all ages
Unanimous Supreme Grand Champion all ages, all sexes

This filly joins us from Hermits House Cobs in the UK. Another heavy, traditional Cob to continue on in our breeding program.  Her sire is the well-respected Golden Sunlight of Hermits; a heavy, correct palomino stallion of foundation breeding. Afina's dam is Hermit's Silver Gem. Gem is out of one of Hermit's most well-respected producing mares- Hermit's Bonnie. Gem's sire is the famous silver dapple Hermit's Silver Fortune. Through her dam, Afina is a grand-daughter of Hermit's Duke- TGCA Exclusive, Historical Stallion. 

Afina is everything we hope to produce in our program. Correct in conformation, huge flat bone, abundant hair, a beautiful sweet head, with fox ears. The icing on the cake, of course, are her striking and unique blue eyes.  More than a pretty face, she also is an excellent ride and drive mare.​
